Moving a shower, adding a basement bathroom or relocating a kitchen sink is drain and supply work before it is anything else. Getting the rough-in right is what allows the finish plumbing to look effortless.
We handle it as part of the remodel rather than subcontracting it out, which keeps the schedule in one pair of hands.

- 01The job keeps moving. No waiting a week for a separate trade to come and move one line before the tile can start.
- 02The layout is not limited by the pipes. If the room works better with the tub on the other wall, that becomes a decision rather than an obstacle.
- 03Problems are found early. Old supply lines and marginal drains show themselves during rough-in, when they are still cheap to deal with.
