Most of our electrical work is remodel work. Opening a wall tends to reveal something: a circuit doing far too much, a splice where there should not be one, or a whole kitchen running on two outlets.
Because we handle it in-house, that discovery does not stop the job while somebody else is scheduled in for the following week.
Why it is worth doing
Getting the electrical right offers several benefits
- 01Lighting changes a room more than paint. Layered lighting — recessed, task and accent — is the difference between a renovated room and a renovated room that feels finished.
- 02Outlets where you actually need them. Kitchens and bathrooms are the rooms most often short of power, and a remodel is the only cheap moment to fix that.
- 03Dealing with what is found. Old or overloaded wiring discovered mid-project is safer and cheaper to correct while the wall is already open.
